2. Eligibility & User Responsibility

3. Products & Pricing

  • All images are for illustrative purposes — colors may vary slightly due to lighting/screen resolution.
  • Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue products without prior notice.
  • Promo codes cannot be combined unless specified.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
  • If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we’ll offer an exchange or full refund.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to payment failures or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship pan-India through trusted logistics partners.
  • Estimated delivery: Metro cities – 3–5 working days; Other locations – 5–7 working days.
  • Delays caused by external factors (weather, festivals, strikes) are not our responsibility.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once dispatched.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under these conditions:
    • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
    • The request is initiated by email with your order number and reason.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed (if eligible).
  • Non-returnable: Earrings (hygiene), sale items, customized products.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, we’ll request bank details to process a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content — logos, images, product names, and text — are the intellectual property of YunaJewels and may not be used without written permission.

9. Site Usage & Conduct

  • Use this site only for browsing and personal shopping purposes.
  • Do not upload, distribute, or share harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
