Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 2025

At YunaJewels, we want you to feel confident and comfortable shopping with us. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email or SMS.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, we’ll request your bank account details for NEFT transfer.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, or before dispatch — whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, email us at support@yunajewels.in with your order ID.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • We allow one-time exchange per order, subject to availability.
  • If your preferred product is out of stock, we can offer a store credit or refund.

How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation

Email us at support@yunajewels.in within the return/cancellation window. Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order ID
  • Reason for return or cancellation
  • Photo of the product (if damaged or wrong item)
