Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: April 2025
At YunaJewels, we want you to feel confident and comfortable shopping with us. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Items purchased during sale or clearance events
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email or SMS.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, we’ll request your bank account details for NEFT transfer.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, or before dispatch — whichever is earlier.
- To cancel, email us at support@yunajewels.in with your order ID.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.
Exchanges
- We allow one-time exchange per order, subject to availability.
- If your preferred product is out of stock, we can offer a store credit or refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation
Email us at support@yunajewels.in within the return/cancellation window. Please include:
- Your full name
- Order ID
- Reason for return or cancellation
- Photo of the product (if damaged or wrong item)
